Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and Saleem Technology for Information Technology, Commercial Registration No. 7051309776, headquartered in Riyadh Al Malqa District Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Saleem" or "we"). By using or subscribing to any of Saleem's services, you agree without limitation or condition to comply with these Terms, acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, and these Terms supersede any prior agreement or understanding.

# Client Definition and Legal Representation

The Client is a legal entity (company or organization) with a valid commercial registration. The natural person who creates the account or accepts these Terms acknowledges that they are legally authorized to represent the Client. In the absence of valid authorization, the natural person bears full legal responsibility towards Saleem and the Client.

# Nature of Services

Saleem provides a technology platform for managing professional medical examinations, including: Appointment scheduling and booking Connecting with medical centers Tracking examination status Providing digital medical reports Managing invoices and electronic payments Saleem does not provide medical services, nor does it interfere with diagnosis, interpretation of results, or employment decisions.

# Authorized Users

An authorized user is any person authorized by the Client to use the Platform on their behalf. The Client bears full responsibility for: Actions of authorized users Validity of permissions granted to them Protecting login credentials

# Client Obligations

The Client commits to: Using the Platform for lawful purposes only Obtaining legal consents from employees before entering their data Entering accurate and updated data Not misusing the Platform or attempting to breach it Paying due fees on time

# Medical Examinations and Reports

Examinations are performed only by contracted medical centers. Medical reports are issued directly by the medical center. Saleem is not responsible for the accuracy or content of medical reports. Access to reports is limited to authorized parties from the Client.

# Payment and Invoicing

Some services require payment of fees through approved electronic payment methods. All prices are in Saudi Riyal unless otherwise stated. Saleem reserves the right to suspend service in case of payment delay. Paid fees are non refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

# Licenses and Intellectual Property

Saleem grants the Client a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Platform. Copying, reselling, or exploiting the Platform or any part thereof without prior written consent is prohibited. All intellectual property rights are owned by Saleem or licensed to it.

# Updates and Changes

Saleem may make updates or improvements to the Platform. Saleem reserves the right to add or remove features without commitment to permanent continuity of any feature. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of these changes.

# Suspension or Account Termination

Saleem reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in the following cases: Violation of these Terms Suspected unlawful use Breach of financial obligations Request from competent authorities Termination takes effect immediately or at the end of the paid subscription period, depending on the case.

# Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Saleem bears no medical or regulatory liability. Saleem bears no indirect, consequential, data loss, or profit loss damages. The maximum liability of Saleem does not exceed the total fees paid during the last 12 months.

# Client Responsibility and Indemnification

The Client bears full responsibility for their use of the Platform and commits to indemnify Saleem for any claims, losses, or damages resulting from: Misuse Entering unlawful data Violation of laws or these Terms

# Data Deletion

Upon termination of the relationship or account cancellation: Data is deleted after 30 days unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. During the retention period, data is isolated and protected.

# Force Majeure

Saleem bears no responsibility for delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond control, such as: Natural disasters General failures Government decisions

# Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jurisdiction is with the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.

# Final Provisions

Saleem reserves the right to modify these Terms and publish them through official channels. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes implied consent. No other terms are binding except under a separate written agreement.
